This is a survey is part of dissertation ,done as part of requirement for completion of Bsc ( Hons ) Applied Rehabilitation ( Occupational Therapy ) University of Teesside ,United Kingdom, currently taken by the investigator . You are invited to take part in this survey and your participation is very much appreciated. The informations given in this information sheets will help you to decide your participation. The return of a completed questionnaire amount to consent.
Purpose Of research
The purpose of this research is to investigate job satisfaction among occupational therapists who are currently works in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
Aim of research
1. To compare job satisfactions between male and female occupational therapist
2. To compare job satisfaction between occupational therapist treating physical patients with those who works with mental health patients.
3. which facets of job contribute more to the feelings of occupational therapist’s job satisfaction.
All samples for this research are occupational therapist who works in Klang Valley.
The participants are required to answer the questionnaire entitle , Job Satisfaction Survey.
This questionnaires consists of 36 questions and can be completed in less than 5 minutes .It have 6 choices of answers and participants will have to choose one answer they most agrees .The choices are disagree very much, disagree moderately, disagree slightly, agree slightly, agree moderately and agree very much.
Inclusion criteria is you must currently work in Klang Valley, disregard of years of working and must be able to give answers by yourself.
The completed questionnaires can be post back to researcher using the provided envelope .The address of the researcher has been written on it and the stamps are already attach to it. To those who participate through email, responds can be send through this means. A month is given as a time to answer and posting back the questionnaire, however early response is very much appreciated.
